1. Apply wet cotton pad to assure fully moisturing of nose after cleaning.

2. Peel off liner from adhesive sheet,apply the smooth side to your nose

3. Press gently starting from the bridge of nose to the rim , press until it fits perfectly.

3. Wait for 10-15 minutes, peel off from nose when completely dry
