MINISO AU RETURN POLICY

You may return goods purchased in Australia to any Miniso store across Australia. If you are returning more than 10 items at a time, please return to the MINISO store where the items were originally purchased. If the purchase was a discounted item, no refund or exchange will be providedunless the item has been deemed faulty.

Please be aware that following items are not returnable

  • Cosmetics
  • Skin Care
  • Fragrances
  • Shavers
  • Electric toothbrushes
  • Hairbrushes
  • Food
  • Batteries
  • Pens
  • Beauty masks (beauty products)
  • Swim wear
  • Intimates & Underwear (including shape wear, sports bra)
  • Hygiene products (like disposable face masks & hand sanitisers)

Within 14 calendar days of original purchase

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or instore credit within 14 days of original purchase. Please return all items with the original receipt and ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Item is in its original packaging and resalable condition;
  • Original tags and /or labels have not been removed;
  • Item is unworn or unused

Malfunctions

For faulty items, we will offer a refund, exchange, or in-store credit within 28 calendar days of original purchase.

For small electronics and/or electronical accessories, if deemed faulty, we will offer an exchange or in-store credit within 1 year of original purchase.

We will not provide a refund, exchange or repair if the item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.
