MINISO AUSTRALIA RETURN POLICY

Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. Other forms of proof of purchase may include a bank statement for credit or debit cards, a photocopy of the original receipt, Apple or Android Pay receipts and certified hand-written receipts showing the business ABN. 

We will not provide a refund if you simply change your mind but will happily exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition with original tags and/or labels, and items must not be used or worn

For Hygiene and business appropriate purposes please note the following items are not able to be returned unless faulty:

  • Clearance/Sale items
  • Cosmetics including fragrances, skin care, lipsticks and face masks
  • Shavers
  • Toothbrushes and dental floss
  • Hairbrushes and accessories including hair ties.
  • Batteries
  • Pens
  • Intimates & Underwear (including shape wear, sports bra and sports wear)
  • Hand sanitisers
  • Mystery boxes

Exchanges and returns must be made to original store of purchase and refunds will be processed using original tender type. Items must be in their original packaging and saleable.

Consumer guarantees:

If an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian consumer law. You will need to show satisfactory proof of purchase and the item must be returned to original store or purchase within a reasonable time frame.
